Milford CT Real Estate

In 1639, Wepawaug was sold by the Indian tribe and soon settlers began arriving in what was the new town of Milford. The town progressed slowly but surely and soon found itself in the 20th century. The population exploded when GIs returned home from World War II.  Access to Milford was made easier when I-95 was finished in 1960.

Development really picked up during the ‘70s and ‘80s, but slowed down during the early ‘90s. However, the late ‘90s to date have shown a new interest in development in Milford. Development is expected to continue to change the landscape of Milford, Connecticut for some time.
